Customer Cancellations:
No refunds will be issued if the customer cancels within 3 days of the scheduled pickup date.

Customer Emergencies:
In the event of a verified emergency, Designs by JRose may offer a credit toward a future order, based on a special request and at the decorator's discretion. Documentation may be required.

Decorator Cancellations:
If Designs by JRose cancels for any reason, the customer will receive a full refund.

Please Note: Each bouquet is made to order. Processing time may take 2–5 days, depending on inventory.

We recommend placing your order at least five days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Balloon Popping & Damage Policy

Once your balloon bouquet has been picked up or delivered, it is considered accepted in good condition. We take every precaution to ensure your balloons are prepared and transported safely.

However, due to the fragile nature of balloons:

• After Pickup/Delivery: We are not responsible for any damage or popping that occurs once the bouquet is in your care.

• If Damage Occurs: Depending on the extent of the damage and our decorator’s availability, a one-time replacement may be offered at our discretion.

• Time-Sensitive Events: If damage occurs close to the event time, we cannot guarantee immediate replacements.

We strongly recommend handling and transporting balloons with care, avoiding sharp objects, rough surfaces, and extreme temperatures.
